Set-up and implementation is a seamless process which can be tailored to suit your individual needs. Buzz-ER products come with comprehensive training and support to get the Client Administrator up and running and familiar with how to customise the product. User Training options vary depending on the size of your business and how many people need to be trained. The flexibility of Buzz-ER means you can take as little or as much time as you need to customise the product to suit your business’ operations. If you have a ‘Plus’ level subscription, you can even have your system set up and customised for you by EMA Consulting.
Q2. It is easy to customise? Ans. Customisation is simple and intuitive. The configuration interface is very user-friendly and anyone can do it. You don’t need to know anything about computer programming or coding to be able to use or configure a Buzz-ER product. All Buzz-ER products come with unlimited technical support and easy-to-read User Guides and Admin Guides. Again, if you have a ‘Plus’ level subscription, you can even have your system customised for you by EMA Consulting.
Q3. How much does it cost? Ans. Buzz-ER products are provided as annual subscription with payment options to suit your business. Pricing will vary depending per product and is usually based on the type of product, the size of your business, and level of service required. Q4. How many users can I have? Ans. There is no limit on the number of users you can add in Buzz-ER (with the exception of EMS Lite). You can set up and modify your organisation structure in a few clicks. Adding, deleting, and editing users is straightforward and intuitive. If you get stuck, your Client Administrator Guide will instructions to step you through the process. Unlimited technical support means that if you get stuck, you can call us and speak to a real person. If you have a ‘Plus’ level subscription, EMA Consulting can manage all your user administration for you as well.
Q5. I already have a suite of compliant workplace documents and templates. Do I need Buzz-ER? Ans. Manual templates and sample documentation must be reviewed frequently to ensure they do not fall out of date. Buzz-ER's template documents and forms are managed centrally and are continually updated by experts so that whenever you create a new document using the system, you can be sure that the content is up to date with the relevant laws, standards and regulations.
