RESOLVEpro is a grievance and complaint management system for employers. The system will allow complainants to access internal and , where applicable, external Contact Officers for confidential assistance with issues as well as provide complainants with a streamlined and robust system for raising issues within an organisation for investigation. This ensures that the correct people have visibility of those issues and strict management processes are complied with.

This product is design to provide complainants with the confidence that issues can be raised for either confidential advice and/or management. 

Internal management teams will also have the ability, where appropriate, to refer the matter to external investigators including, where applicable legal professional privilege, for more complex matters and or where the matter may involve senior people within an organisation.
